Before Making The Call
When you have an urgent issue with your boiler or central heating system it is useful to have the details of your boiler to hand, including the make and model of boiler. It is also helpful if you can describe what happened and any on-going symptoms of the fault or breakdown since. This will help our expert heating engineer understand the situation, offer any advice and prepare for any repairs when they make their visit.
Visit and Quotation
Once our heating engineer is on site they will make an initial inspection to troubleshoot the problem, checking for faults in the boiler system, central heating system or pipework. After diagnosing the problem, we will quote you there and then for the necessary repairs and any replacement parts that may be required.
Making the repairs
Assuming you agree to the quote, our central heating engineer will then be able to begin working on the repairs. We are committed to providing the highest level of professional service, and we will always aim complete any emergency repairs and resolve the issue within one visit. This may depend on the nature of the repairs required and the availability of any replacement parts. If we cannot fix it right away, we will make it a priority to ensure your safety first and foremost whilst we endeavour to obtain any replacement parts as swiftly as possible. Once the repairs are complete the engineers will check the system to make sure it is safe and operating properly. All replacement parts are covered for 1 year by the manufacturer.
Our standard call-out charge is £60 per hour on the standard rate and £90 per hour for emergency out of hours.
