After diagnosing the fault and discussing the options with you our heating engineer will quote the cost to complete any necessary boiler repairs. This will consider what they believe to be causing the fault or breakdown, the necessary work to complete the repair, any additional works and the price of any replacement parts or fittings that are required.

We will always endeavour to compete boiler repairs within the initial visit where possible. This is subject to the extent of the work that is required to safely complete the boiler repairs and the availability of the replacement parts required to complete the repair of your boiler system. In the event of replacement parts needing to be collected or ordered from a supplier, we will do this as quickly as possible through our preferred suppliers. In the event of there being a delay in obtaining a replacement part from a supplier we will always attempt get your boiler up and running again, just so long as it is safe to do so.

If you suspect the presence of the gas we strongly recommend immediate action.

If you are a landlord, you have a legal responsibility to have an annual boiler service and ensure that each of your properties has a current Gas Safety Certificate. A Gas Safety Check can only be completed by an approved Gas Safe registered heating engineer who can then issue a CP12 Inspection Certificate for your boiler to confirm it meets the required safety standard.
